Pursuant to article 2, paragraph 4, of Law 14 January 2013 N°4
Provisions regarding unorganized professions - to protect singing students, AICI has activated a reference point for the citizen-consumer, where applicants for professional services, they can contact in the event of a dispute with individual professionals, pursuant to art. 27-ter of the consumer code, pursuant to legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, as well as obtaining information relating to the professional activity in general and the quality standards that AICI requires of own members.
